The company has a solid background and experience in providing services, systems and products to space market customers, including space agencies, satellite operators, satellite manufacturers and system integrators.
Celestia Antwerp is a recognized leader in the design and development of radiofrequency equipment, modems and digitizers for satellite communications, building upon more than 60 years of past experience. Our business focuses on the development of innovative communication technologies, ranging from telecommand and telemetry modems, high speed data rate modems, digitizers and satellite test systems.


In this exciting role, you will be a key part of our sales team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your contribution will be supporting Celestia Antwerp to grow its pipeline as well as customer engagement for both our products and projects

Expanding our customer base (prospecting, relation-building)

Visiting customers

Participating in international trade shows, as a visitor or exhibitor

Negotiating agreements with local partners and distributors

Interpretating customer requirements and providing high quality solutions satisfying their needs

Liasing between the customer and the engineering staff to ensure that our solutions meet the customer's needs

Pre- and post-sales support to customers

Preparing commercial proposals

A back ground as a commercial engineer or equivalent

Ability in translating customer's (high-level) requirements into business value

Proficient with customer's engagement thanks to excellent networking, communication and presentation skills

Availability for regular (worldwide travel)

Fluent in English

Strong redaction skills

Teamwork capability, proactivity and initiative

Ability to work independently, in a trusted, precise and organized way

A couple of years of experience in Business Development activities in the satellite or ground segment communications field

A personal network of contacts with space agencies, satellite operators, manufacturers and satellite communication companies

Knowledge of RF systems and/or digital communication technology

Knowledge of satellite communications market including commercial and institutional customers as well as competitors
