Product Assurance Engineer

Do you thrive in a highly technical environment? Are you looking for new challenges where you will play an active role in exciting space programmes? You are in the right place because we are currently looking to recruit a Product Assurance Engineer to join our excellent team in Antwerp, Belgium.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing product assurance for our products and projects, working closely with our quality manager, project team members, suppliers and customers. You will also continuously improve our Quality Management System.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality control during manufacturing, assembly, integration and test activities
- Perform incoming and outgoing inspection on products and produced equipment
- Ensure that quality requirements are adhered to, actively contribute to design and delivery reviews and generate quality records.
- Manage control of non-conforming material or product.
- Organize and drive lessons learnt and managing outcomes for improvement.
Must Have
- Bachelor or Master in Electronics or ICT
- Experience in a Quality environment
- Good English language skills
- Positive, pragmatic approach
- Assertive personality to accomplish your goals working with suppliers, team members and customers
- Ability to develop detailed knowledge of different product assurance disciplines as needed to manage the quality aspects of projects

- Experience in the Space sector
- Valid work permit for Belgium
